Amy C. Czekala
Amy C. Czekala joined Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC as an associate in 2019 and handles real estate and creditor’s rights matters and litigation. Before joining the firm, Ms. Czekala represented financial institutions in the mortgage servicing industry. She handled everything from the management of presale and post-sale operations of the foreclosure process, litigation, evictions, bankruptcy and title curative matters. Ms. Czekala has been a panelist at the Five Star Conference and been published in the Legal League Quarterly as well as taught on Post Foreclosure Issues in Virginia.
In her free time, Amy enjoys running, preferably outside and alone however it is usually after her twin toddlers as they bolt in opposite directions. She is a part-time chauffeur to her two school-age kids, spends evenings folding laundry and watching HGTV and is a frequent visitor on Pinterest around midnight. She also enjoys listening to podcasts and audio books while sitting in DMV traffic, cheering on the Boston Red Sox, wine tasting, and Taco Tuesday.
