Located in the heart of Rockville Town Center in Montgomery County, Maryland, Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC is centrally positioned for quick travel to all the Federal and State Courts throughout the Maryland counties, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia.
The firm was originally founded as the Law Offices of Craig A. Parker, LLC by Craig A. Parker in 2002. Following the additions of Michelle J. Simon as a partner in 2009 and Thomas J. Kokolis as a partner in 2013, the name was changed to Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC to reflect the overall growth of the firm due to the outstanding contributions of the partners. Even as the firm grows, our attorneys continue to focus on providing each client with the attention that their case deserves.
The firm is focused on the successful representation of all types of creditors, lenders, and corporate and individual clients with respect to protecting their financial interests. Our goal is to help our clients meet their corporate needs and achieve the most beneficial results as cost-effectively as possible. We work hard to obtain the desired result – and where possible, we negotiate financial workouts and settlements as an alternative to time consuming and costly litigation.
While working for individuals who are facing a criminal conviction, our firm will provide dedicated criminal law representation for traffic offenses and other misdemeanor crimes. Our experienced attorneys can fight traffic tickets and protect your driving privileges and minimize the impact on your driving record and insurance policy.
In addition to litigation, the firm serves as in-house counsel to Gemini Title & Escrow, LLC and Mercury Abstracts, LLC.
Our fees are reasonable and competitive. We charge on a contingency, hourly, or flat fee basis, depending on our client’s needs. Contact our firm today. Our attorneys look forward to discussing your legal situation and how we can meet your needs by discontinuing your loss and minimizing your expense.
